Features:
The UT890C is a 6000-count true RMS digital multimeter with a large LCD display, built for accurate readings on distorted AC waveforms where an average-responding meter would under-read. The meter covers DC voltage to 1000V, AC voltage to 750V, AC and DC current to 20A, resistance to 60M ohm, frequency to 9.999MHz and temperature from -40C to 1000C, and it measures capacitance up to 100mF with a fast response time of less than 12 seconds. NCV and continuity measurement both give acousto-optic indication, so a live conductor or a closed circuit is signalled by sound and light together. The meter is equipped with automatic fuse blown detection, high voltage false detection at 1000Vrms and an over-current alarm at 20A and above, and it adds hFE transistor testing, diode test, data hold, REL, Max/Min, current mode memory, auto power off and a backlit display.
