No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges after an order has been confirmed and processed.
Our products often involve technical specifications, configurations, accessories, installation requirements, and application-specific considerations. Customers are encouraged to consult with our technical team before purchasing to ensure that the selected product meets their requirements.
Customer Responsibility Before Purchase
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming:

Customized & Special Orders
Any customized, specially configured, imported, or specially ordered products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after order confirmation.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Customized machinery and equipment.
- Special configurations.
- Non-stock items ordered specifically for a customer.
- Products modified according to customer requirements.
Machinery, Equipment & Technical Products
For CNC machines, laser machines, printers, and other professional equipment, customers acknowledge that:
- The purchase decision is based on the specifications, information, and consultation provided before ordering.
- Installation, training, setup, calibration, and technical support services do not qualify the product for return or refund.
- Customer requirements, application changes, incorrect selection, or changes of opinion after purchase are not valid reasons for cancellation, return, or refund.
Consumable Products & Spare Parts
Consumable products, accessories, and spare parts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, including but not limited to:
- Printing inks.
- Laser consumables.
- Cutting tools.
- Electronic components.
- Spare parts.
- Materials and accessories.
Order Processing & Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed, processed, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Any request to modify or cancel an order before processing may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Dynamic Solutions and is not guaranteed.
Warranty & Technical Support
Products may be covered by the applicable manufacturer or Dynamic Solutions warranty terms, where available. Warranty coverage is limited to the conditions specified in the applicable warranty agreement and does not constitute a return, refund, or exchange policy.
The warranty does not cover misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, electrical damage, normal wear and tear, or consumable items.
Customer Agreement
By placing an order with Dynamic Solutions, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the product specifications, requirements, and terms of purchase, including this Refund & Return Policy.
