Dynamic Solutions is committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. We work with trusted third-party shipping companies to arrange deliveries, but we are not the carrier and do not control transportation or delivery. 

1. Order processing. 
   Orders are processed after payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order quantity, customization requirements, and operational considerations.
   
   
2. Delivery time. 
   All delivery dates and transit times provided by our company are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier operations, customs inspections, clearance procedures, force majeure events, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays or resulting losses.
   
   
3. Shipment tracking. 
   Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide available tracking information. Customers can use this information to monitor their shipment directly with the carrier.
   
   
4. Shipping charges and additional fees. 
   Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our prices do not include customs duties and import taxes, customs clearance fees, storage or port charges, local delivery handling fees, or any additional charges imposed by carriers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, or government agencies. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
   
   
5. Customs and import requirements. 
   Customers are solely responsible for complying with all import laws, regulations, and customs procedures in the destination country. Dynamic Solutions is not responsible for customs inspections, clearance delays, or additional fees imposed by authorities.
   
   
6. Limitation of liability. 
   Our responsibility ends once the shipment has been released to the carrier. We are not liable for loss, damage, delays, customs charges, storage charges, or any additional costs incurred during transit.
   
   
7. Customer acceptance. 
   By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Delivery Policy and accepts that all shipping and transportation services are performed by independent third-party carriers.
