Dynamic Solutions offers delivery within Lebanon and international shipping through Aramex and DHL. Shipping options and charges depend on the destination, product size, weight, and shipment requirements.

1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared after order confirmation and, where required by the selected payment method, payment confirmation.

Processing times vary depending on stock availability, order quantity, and any customization, preparation, or special-order requirements. For machinery and specially ordered products, please contact our team to confirm availability and the expected dispatch schedule.

2. Delivery Within Lebanon

Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the items ordered:

• Small items generally cost USD 5 to deliver.

• Larger or heavier items may cost USD 6, USD 9, USD 10, or more, depending on the shipment.

• Delivery for machines is usually USD 10, although larger or heavier equipment may require a different delivery arrangement and quotation.

These amounts are indicative and are not fixed rates for every product or order. Please review the delivery charge shown at checkout. If your order requires a special delivery arrangement, contact our team to confirm the charge before placing your order.

3. International Shipping

International shipping is available through Aramex and DHL, subject to carrier availability for the destination and shipment.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery country and shipment details. Available shipping options and their prices are displayed before you confirm your order.

For oversized machinery, heavy equipment, or orders for which no shipping option appears at checkout, please contact our team to discuss a suitable shipping arrangement.

4. Delivery Times

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary depending on product availability, order preparation, destination, carrier schedules, customs clearance, public holidays, and other circumstances affecting transportation.

For time-sensitive orders, please contact us before purchasing to confirm the expected schedule.

5. Shipment Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide the shipment details after dispatch so you can follow your delivery through the carrier.

6. Customs Duties and Import Charges

International shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other destination charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customers should check the import requirements applicable to their destination before ordering.

7. Delivery Address and Receiving Requirements

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number.

For large machinery or heavy equipment, contact us before ordering to discuss access to the delivery location and any unloading, lifting, or handling requirements. Any additional arrangements and charges should be confirmed in advance.

8. Delayed, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details.

For visible damage, retain the packaging and take photographs of the package and affected items. We will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier and determining the appropriate next steps.
