Features:
The TPS2069DGN is a current limited high side power switch IC featuring a 70 mOhm MOSFET and 1.5A continuous output capability. It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V and includes thermal shutdown, short circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, reverse current blocking and deglitched overcurrent reporting. Designed for applications with heavy capacitive loads, it is ideal for USB power distribution, embedded systems and protected 5V load switching.
