Features:

The TA6586 is a bi-directional DC motor driver IC with a wide input voltage range, using two inputs to set the direction of the motor. The IC offers anti-interference performance, a small standby current and a low output saturation voltage drop, and it drives relays and DC motors with no other electronic components needed around it. The IC has an inbuilt diode that prevents reverse inductive load current, along with a built-in brake function, thermal shutdown, over current limit and short circuit protection. The IC runs from 3.0V to 14V and is supplied in an 8-pin DIP lead-free package, which suits hobby projects and other motor-operated circuits.
