The SupreMOS MOSFET, Fairchild’s next generation of high voltage super-junction MOSFETs, employs a deep trench filling process that differentiates it from preceding multi-epi-based technologies. By utilizing this advanced technology and precise process control, SupreMOS provides world class Rsp, superior switching performance and ruggedness.
This SupreMOS MOSFET fits the industry’s AC-DC SMPS requirements for PFC, server/telecom power, FPD TV power, ATX power, and industrial power applications.

Delivery Within Lebanon

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order:

  • Up to and including 7 kg: USD 5.

  • Over 7 kg: USD 10, within our supported shipping limits.

In-stock orders are prepared promptly during our opening hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00. Orders received outside these hours are prepared on the next business day. Courier delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship through Aramex and DHL, subject to destination and shipment availability. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs clearance.

Any applicable import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
