User Data Deletion

Dynamic Solutions respects your privacy and provides customers with a way to request deletion of their Dynamic Solutions account and applicable personal data.

This includes customers who created or accessed their Dynamic Solutions account using Facebook Login.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Dynamic Solutions account and associated personal data, please send an email to:

Use the subject:

Account & Data Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Dynamic Solutions account whenever possible.

Include enough information for us to identify your account, such as:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Dynamic Solutions account
• A statement confirming that you would like your account and associated personal data deleted

Facebook Login Users

If you used Facebook Login to access Dynamic Solutions, please mention in your request that your account was connected using Facebook Login.

Dynamic Solutions may store information received through Facebook Login that is necessary to identify and authenticate your account, such as your name, email address, basic public profile information, and Facebook user identifier.

Following a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize applicable Facebook Login information and other personal data associated with your account, except for information that we are required or permitted to retain.

Verification

For security and privacy reasons, we may need to verify that the person requesting deletion is the owner of the relevant account before processing the request.

We will not request your Facebook password.

Information That May Be Retained

Deleting your customer account does not necessarily require deletion of every historical business record.

Dynamic Solutions may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, warranty, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate obligations.

Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized as appropriate.

Removing Dynamic Solutions From Facebook

You may also remove Dynamic Solutions from the apps and websites connected to your Facebook account through your Facebook settings. Removing the connection prevents future use of that Facebook authorization, but it may not by itself delete information already stored in your Dynamic Solutions customer account.

To request deletion of information held by Dynamic Solutions, please follow the deletion-request procedure described above.
